These simple and profound practices, teachings and meditations will help you to discover and embody your True Divine Nature so you may LOVE more fully, HEAL your minds and heart and AWAKEN to your innermost joy and happiness.   • Explore the meaning of life, death, and true happiness.
  • Understand and practice awakening to your true self.

Each class will unfold spontaneously to best support the participants who are present and may include any or many of the following elements:

-Guided meditations

-Silent meditations to deepen your presence and awareness

-Affirmations, visualizations, contemplations and revelations to bring about your greatest transformation!
