It is recommended to experience the Om Vortex™ on an empty stomach. We kindly ask that you avoid eating 2 to 3 hours before your session.
The Om Vortex™ is not recommended during menstruation. We kindly invite you to schedule your session outside of this time.
This experience is best suited for individuals with at least a moderate level of mobility and general physical fitness to comfortably use the Unwind Machine and to participate fully.
