I'm a Senior Massage Therapist and proud member of the RMQ and AMQ with over 20 years of experience and a passion for holistic health. Drawing on my background in physiotherapy and ergonomics, I tailor each treatment to your unique needs using a variety of therapeutic techniques, including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, Shiatsu, Reiki, joint mobilization, and Brazilian lymphatic drainage.
