I specialize in a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue and orthotherapy. I take the time to listen to each client's needs and concerns and tailor each session to their individual preferences.

I completed 1220 hours of training in massage therapy and Orthotherapy. In Orthotherapy, I learned to perform different treatments to relieve lumbar, cervical, and hip pain as well as back pain, sciatic nerve pain, tendinitis in addition to a variety of other patho-mechanical discomforts.

My techniques include physiotherapy, myofascial stretching, trigger points and isometric maneuvers. Among others: Therapeutic Massage, Swedish, Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Hot Stones and Reflexology. How can I help YOU? : )
